Landmark processes data that users voluntarily leave in the site forms: name, contact details, plot or object particulars and a description of the request. Contact for data inquiries: info@landmark.ua.

Why the data is needed

• to respond to a request for an urban planning audit or technical inventory;
• to form an identifier for the free cadastral number check;
• to send the extended PDF if the user voluntarily left an email;
• to protect the site from spam and to see technical statistics of form operation.

What is never sent to the browser

• internal URLs of Landmark local services;
• raw responses of internal sources and database service records;
• full technical logs of request processing.

Retention periods

Brief check results are stored for a limited time defined by the service settings. Requests and correspondence are stored for as long as needed to respond to the inquiry, fulfil agreements and protect the legitimate interests of Landmark.

User rights

Users may contact info@landmark.ua to clarify the processing of their data, ask to correct contact details or delete a request where there are no grounds for further storage.
