Sources and limits of the preliminary check

The free Landmark check is a starting review of a land plot by cadastral number. It helps to quickly see available particulars, but it does not replace an urban planning audit, a legal opinion or a review of primary documents.

Which data is used

Court case relevance criterion

A search-result match is only a preliminary signal, not a proven connection of the case to the plot. Relevance (whether this cadastral number and address are mentioned in the full text of the decision, whether the dispute concerns this plot) is confirmed by an expert within the urban planning audit.

How to read the result

A “found” status means the source returned relevant particulars. A “not found” or “source unavailable” status does not prove the absence of a right, restriction, document, dispute or other circumstance. It is only a limit of the automatic check at the time of the request.

When an audit is needed

A purchase, an investment, a change of the use scenario or preparation for design requires an individual analysis. Within the audit, Landmark compares documents, maps, planning materials, permit history and relevant court materials, then prepares a written report and a consultation.

Free PDF

The PDF repeats the web result data: plot, map scheme, zoning, document counters, court cards, disclaimers and the audit offer. The file contains no personal data. It is sent as an attachment to the specified email; time-limited links are not used.

Currency

Data may change, and individual registers or services may be temporarily unavailable. For a professional opinion, Landmark separately records sources, the review date, limits of the data obtained and questions requiring further verification.
