The free Landmark check shows automatically collected primary particulars from available sources. It helps to start reviewing a plot, but it is not a planning, legal or investment opinion.

Limits of the automatic result

• Availability, completeness and currency of individual sources may differ.
• The absence of a record in an available source does not confirm the absence of a fact, right, restriction or court case.
• Functional zones and other cartographic data are provided with their source stated and are not an automatic conclusion on the permissibility of specific construction.
• The automatic result does not replace a review of documents, urban planning conditions and restrictions, design documentation and decisions of authorised bodies.

Requests and communication

Users decide for themselves which contact details to leave for a response. Submitting a request does not automatically create a contract or a guarantee of work; the terms, timeline and cost of a professional service are agreed separately.
